After conducting thorough research over more than a month, I am convinced that the company is using very questionable techniques to acquire new customers and attract investors. The business model is, in many respects, dodgy and not what you would expect from a serious business
The company says again and again that they are a direct marketing compant and not a streaming company. Yet on Q&A today I realized that investors don't know what they own. They don't know and they don't understand what direct marketing is. Volatility in profits in such biz model can be huge. They are sold in provate markets 2x-6x EBITDA. I believe CLIQ deserves a valuation closer above average through this range. If they can hit or be close to their mid term guidance, today's valuation is extremely attractive.
